Registration and password (Important)!!!

Dear Authors,

If you use a PAD file and have made it public (if you have a PAD file submitted to ASP website), chances are we may have uploaded your PAD file onsite, hence a temporary username and password would have been automatically created for each email address contained in the PAD file. If you have a lot of software PAD files and all have the same email address, you'll have only one username and password to manage you account for all of them.

To change your username from the default name that have been assigned to you (if you have a PAD file submitted to ASP website and we do have it as well), enter your PAD file here with the desired username and password, after doing that, your PAD file will be updated and also your account will have the username you give there. To change your password or get a password sent to you if you forgot it, go to the login page and enter your username and follow instructions.

In any case, check to see if your software is available in our database by conducting a search before registering to avoid having two accounts (search for the name of the software or title). If it's available, then you have an account and you need to update the PAD file to get access to your account!

Good News for Developers / Authors:

- All software made publicly available through the ASP database, is added here and updated periodically.

- Each version of the software has its own forum thread automatically posted on behalf of the developer / software owner. If its your software, you can just login to edit / manage your forum thread or reply to questions. The idea is to increase software awareness in addition to your own support and to create a help forum for developers who do not have their own support forums.

- Each software version is promoted and encouraged to be downloaded from thousands of sites, our system records hits and downloads

- Starting April/May 2008, each software will have a promotional statistics badge tool which will show the number of hits, downloads and later on the number of votes. Software owners will be able to place the badge on their site to show how popular their software is and to directly see their stats without having to visit the site for that, much like the Alexa Rank tool.

- Each Software version available for download, as said above, will have a link to its own discussion forum thread owned by the developer on the download page, a good idea for asking any questions or queries by users

- We have secured a quarterly budget to promote our services online and offline, hence promote developers software in the long run

- CoSoDo news will consist mainly of software news, developers can post press releases, news articles or comments once logged in. We have already secured a partnership with well known PR agencies to send us exclusive news and press releases to publish and syndicate. Our News will be syndicated by many online news networks. Yet again, all our services are Ad supported and free to developers and users.

Use this form to submit or update your PAD files. Use the Remove PAD Form to remove your PAD file from the database. All PAD files are polled periodically so resubmission after an update is not required unless you want to change program categories. All submissions must be compliant with the Submission Policy.
